Terms & Conditions of Booking

Use of the Christmas Wonderland advanced booking system is subject to the following terms:

  1. Once purchased, bookings cannot be amended.
  2. It isn't possible to add additional tickets or change your booking on the day.
  3. If anyone in your group has any special requirements, please be sure to enter them during the booking process so that we can ensure your visit goes smoothly on the day.
  4. Young babies (up to 24 months) can enjoy the train ride for free if attending with one paying adult and one paying child. However, if you would like your baby to meet Santa and receive a gift, you will need to purchase a Child ticket. We have gifts suitable from birth.
  5. Please make sure your whole party arrives at least 10 minutes before your booking time. It is very important that you are not late. If you are late, you may lose your slot and refunds cannot be given.
  6. It is essential that you bring your unique Booking Reference Number with you. You will not be able to check in without it. Your Booking Reference Number is emailed to you when you complete payment. You should also be able to quote the other details of your booking (name, email, billing address etc).
  7. We may use your information to prevent ticket touting, misuse of our intellectual property or fraud or other crimes.Tickets are only valid for the person named on the booking. Tickets must not be bought and sold on. The person declared on the booking must attend on the day. We reserve the right to request to see identification in the event that we suspect tickets have been bought from third parties.​

Our Delivery Policy

  1. Your Booking Reference Number will be immediately delivered electronically - by email. It will also be shown on screen when you complete your payment.
  2. Nothing is sent in the post.
  3. You do not need a print out on the day, but you must have your unique booking reference number and be able to quote the other details of your booking.

Our Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. If you are unable to attend your booking at your time slot, unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.
  2. Due to the popularity of our Christmas Wonderland attraction, we are usually unable to make changes to your booking after it is confirmed, but you can contact us to see if anything can be done.
  3. In the unlikely event that our Christmas Wonderland attraction is unable to open at the time of your booking, we can offer a refund or, subject to availability, a new booking date/time.
