What are the Opening Times?

Christmas Wonderland will be open every day from 10th November 2016. Particularly at peak times, we advise advanced booking to avoid the queues, but you can just show up on the day.

10am to 5.00pm Mon - Sat
10am - 4.00pm Sun

These are just the opening hours for the Christmas Wonderland attraction. The store has longer opening hours, check out our website for full details.

How far ahead can I book?

Tickets are available in advance up until 5pm on the day before you visit.

What if I can't print my tickets?

No problem! We don't need to see a print out. We just need your Booking Reference Number. This will be shown on the screen after you make payment and will also be emailed to you. It's important that you don't lose your booking reference number.

What if I have not received my confirmation?

If you didn't give us a correct email address at the time of booking, or mis-typed your address, we will not have been able to send your Booking Reference Number. If you are sure you entered your address correctly, please check your junk folder.

My tickets haven't arrived in the post.

We do not send out tickets in the post. Instead you simply need to quote your Booking Reference Number when you arrive. You don't even need to print it out. We emailed it to you at the time of your booking.

Can I just turn up on the day?

Absolutely! Advanced booking is entirely optional and most of our customers just show up on the day. Customers with Advanced Tickets will be able to beat the main queue and check in at the Advanced Booking Ticket Office.

Can I book for more than eight people?

Each time slot is for up to 8 people. You can book up to three time slots in any one transaction. Very large groups are advised to contact us prior to their visit.

Can I edit my booking?

Sorry, you cannot edit your booking after it has been paid for.

Where do I go when I arrive at Christmas Wonderland?

Please report to the 'Advanced Booking Ticket Office' which is signposted.

Will a photograph be available of our visit with Santa?

Yes! We take a high quality photograph that you can purchase - though there is no obligation to do so. Personal photography is not allowed with Santa, however you are more than welcome to take pictures on the train journey and throughout the rest of Christmas Wonderland.

What gift will my children get?

Santa's toys are a surprise. He has a number of exciting toys that you can choose from. We have toys suitable from birth.

Are we allowed to take pushchairs in?

Unfortunately there is no room on the train for pushchairs but there is a buggy park available.

Is there an age restriction to visit Christmas Wonderland?

No, everyone is welcome! Please bear in mind all of our gifts are toys and so are only suitable for children. We do have toys suitable from birth.
